The dna molecule consists of 4 nitrogen bases namely adenine a thymine t cytosine c and guanine g which ultimately forms the structure of a nucleotide.
The dna molecule is made up of nucleotides. Each of the two strands is a long sequence of nucleotides or individual units made of. The a and g are purines and the c and t are pyrimidines. Dna is made up of molecules called nucleotides.
The two strands of dna run in opposite directions. The sugar in dna is called 2 deoxyribose.
