You can still enjoy lean meats fish poultry vegetables legumes fruits and whole grains. Caffeine free ginger tea with a little honey added as a sweetener is the best way to consume ginger tea for a person with reflux. Those that contain magnesium may also help heal. In the case of rice the best is whole or yamani brown rice.
People can eat small frequent meals and drink fluids between meals rather than with meals. These should always be cooked. If you have uncomplicated heartburn from acid reflux your doctor may prescribe over the counter or prescription medicines. There is an excellent range of different ginger teas available.
If you experience heartburn you know the feeling well. Some prevent acid reflux. They help zap stomach acid. Soothe occasional mild heartburn with an antacid that contains calcium carbonate or magnesium.
