This article looks at. When i first started my research on the difference between revenge and justice i knew the answer i w as looking for. To some people there is no difference between justice and revenge. What is the difference between justice and revenge.
Although it was previously created to prevent jealousy it was later converted based on laws. In fact many people feel that justice is nothing other than a different way of saying revenge. It s a protest or payback and its foremost intent. Justice is usually considered as a morally ethically comprehensible reaction to an equally immoral unethical action and serves to signal to society and the offender that actions of this nature is unacceptable.
Revenge is a personally seated desire to make someone feel the pain they have caused you. Bear in mind the two are not mutually exclusive. Nevertheless you are not wrong in believing that they mean the same thing. Justice is observed by the courts of law while revenge is enforced by an individual seeking retribution for a wrongdoing.

Justice is based on written laws and not on moral issues. Justice refers to the process of law where the wrongdoers are judged and punished fairly. Justice is wielded by the court system. Revenge is about retaliation.
In reality though the two are different as you will learn below. Revenge is the act of harming or hurting someone as a punishment for something they have done. Revenge is aimed at eliminating injustice based on man s feelings. Revenge justice is considered as the result of using law rightly to judge and punish criminals and wrongdoers while revenge is about making hardships and pain to the person by whom one has suffered a lot.
The motive of revenge has mostly to do with expressing rage hatred or spite. Revenge considers the punishment of the guilty person as he thinks unlike righteousness that has strict rules. Justice involves the concepts of moral rightness while revenge focuses more on a personal vendetta. I found that answer but was hesitant to align myself fully with it.
