Hajj has been named as the largest gathering of the muslim community in the whole wide world. In literal translation hajj means to continuously strive for a goal.
It is the largest peace conference that promotes peace harmony among muslims and common welfare. They teach that believers must show patience in hard times and follow the right path. In numbers reaching estimates of more than a million muslims from all around the world travel to makkah saudi arabia to take part in the hajj. The hajj makes muslims feel the real importance of life here on earth and the afterlife by stripping away all markers of social status wealth and pride.
