Mixing the colors blue and green makes cyan. As more colors are added the result becomes lighter heading towards white. Red green and blue rgb are referred to as the primary colors of light. For instance red light and blue light add together to produce magenta light.
If you mix 2 parts yellow and 1 part blue you will get the tertiary color yellow green. Mixing the colors generates new colors as shown on the color wheel or circle on the right. The combination of cool colors blue and green add to the lightness of cyan. The mixture will react and will turn into a gel a viscous semi solid or some other state that does not work to cool your engine and will create a problem that will cost you major expense to repair.

Cyan is also part of the rgb color model pictured above which stands for red green and blue. Green add yellow and black. White add blue. The difference between cymk and rgb is their appearance on different materials.

Mix blue and green to get turquoise or aqua depending on the initial shades of blue and green and the amount of each color you add.
