What Hand Should You Wear Your Watch On
Camila Farah
The most common wrist to wear a watch on would be the left.
There even seems to rules on how to wear a watch. Generally most people will wear their watch on the left wrist because that s their non dominant hand i e most people are right handed. You probably thought it was just as simple as slapping it on your wrist but apparently not. The idea here is pretty simple.
Left for right handed people and right hand for lefties. This is especially true for left handed people because in theory the same rules of practicality as wearing the watch on the left arm for a right handed people should apply to a left handed people wearing the watch on the right wrist. If you re left handed then you can wear your watch on your right hand your non dominant hand. Sure the watch norm says that you should wear your watch on your left hand but if this just doesn t work for you use the other wrist.
As majority of the population are right handed the crown or winder of the watch is typically on the right. Without further ado i ve got 10 watch rules every gentleman should follow. Watches can be worn on the right or left wrist but usually the dominant hand. If you re right handed you wear your watch on the left hand and vice versa.
